- Somebody wanted recipes for Pickled garlic. This is how I do it. I don't
- remember where i've found it. Probably in some Swedish magazine.

- Pickled Garlic

- 8-10 whole garlics

- Marinade:

- 1 dl water
- 2 dl vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tsp sugar
- 10 black peppercorns
- 1 Tsp mustard seeds
- 2 bay leafs
- 1/2 dl oil
- 1 Tsp dried herbs (oregano for instance)

- Boil the garlic cloves in water for about 5 minutes, this will make it easy to
- peel them. Put the peeled cloves in an airtight glass-container.
- Mix the marinade ingredients in a saucepan and boil for a couple off minutes.
- Pour the hot marinade over the garlic and close the lid. Let stand in a cool
- place for 1-2 weeks.
